The following advocacy packages are designed to assist parents through consultation and advocacy:
 

Supporting Self-Advocates through Consultation: "Planting Seeds"  (Package #1 Starting at $499)            

 

Providing parents support on the sidelines with strategic planning and consultation; your own "insider" working with you!

 

   

Comprehensive Advocacy through Representation: "The Whole Nine Yards" (Package #2  Starting at $899)

 

Providing parents full service from beginning to end featuring direct advocacy.

 Planting Seeds” Package     


 

This package is highly recommended for parents who are unfamiliar with special education law, 504 administration policies, and specially designed instruction and are going it alone as parent advocates. We will provide on-going resources, guidance, and “insider’s information”, in support of your IEP and 504 meetings.  Insights, analysis, and strategy, the fundamental “seeds”, will be available to you before and after the meetings, and throughout the year. You will feel more prepared as you take on the challenge of education advocacy alone.  Once we establish a partnership through “Planting Seeds”, we are there for you as you need support!

 

“Planting Seeds” includes:

 

·   Analyze medical / neurological documentation & all diagnostic files [1-2 hours]

 

·   Review school reports, report cards, and formal assessments. [1-2 hours]

              

·   Conference with parents & strategically design negotiations plan: [In preparation for IEP and 504 Meetings]

 

·   Communicate via phone or email; before & after meetings throughout the year* [up to 60 minutes]

 The Whole Nine Yards” Package:  
 

The most popular packageFor the parent who wants the best educational plan for their child and knows they may be overwhelmed by the burden and time-commitment of self-advocacy; this is the most comprehensive advocacy service available with no compromises. When your child’s best interest is at stake, the decision to retain the services of a professional advocate is a matter of getting the job done right the first time. We will complete the job from start to finish without loose ends, empty promises, or fragmented plans.  Furthermore, when we complete the set number of meetings within the package, We will continue to serve your as “Consultant” through emails and phone calls on a “as needed” basis for years to come; once we establish a partnership, we will continue to walk the path with you!

 

“Whole Nine Yards” includes:

 

·   Attend IEP / 504 Meetings as your Advocate. [2 or 4 IEP or 504 Meetings]

 

·   Initiate your proposals by working in partnership and collaboration with school district personnel, and the IEP/504 teams.

 

·   Support through services provided in “Planting Seeds” package including on-going communication throughout year  [extended to 90 minutes ].

 "New Pastures” –  School Search Package


This package is specifically designed for parents who are in pursuit of the best school, - with your child’s interests and needs guiding the process: Gifted, Special Education, Private, Alternative, or On-line.  We assist families in identifying “target schools” to maximize your admission strategies.  Our expertise is founded upon an insightful review of your child’s academic/medical records, and first-hand knowledge of area schools. When you are seeking “greener pastures”, it certainly helps investing in the consultation of an education expert.

 

“New Pastures” includes:

 

·   Review relevant medical / psychological diagnostic files, school generated  reports, report cards, and assessments. 

 

·   *Visit & contact schools; interview teachers & staff and conduct classroom observations as needed. [maximum of 3 hours]

 

·   Conference with parents and strategically design educational planning for admission process.

 

·   Communicate until enrollment is established [up to 90 minutes]
