“Planting Seeds” Package     ASK ABOUT 50% DISCOUNT!

This package is highly recommended for parents who are unfamiliar with special education law, 504 administration policies, instruction, and curriculum, while walking the self-advocacy path. I will provide on-going resources, “insiders information”, and guidance as you work with the IEP and/or 504 Team process. Insights, analysis, and strategy, providing fundamental “seeds” laying the groundwork toward advocacy, will be available to you before, during, and after the meetings and throughout the year. You will feel more prepared than ever before!

“Planting Seeds” includes:
• Analyze medical / psychological /neurological documentation and all files.
• Review School generated reports, report cards, and formal assessments.
• Conference with parents and strategically design negotiations planning.

• Communicate via phone or email as a follow up to the self-advocacy process.

Building Bridges” Package:

For the parent who is tackling the special needs process alone and seeks intensive support through “behind the scenes” consultation services. I will work with school personnel on your behalf, prior to the meetings and set the stage for successful advocacy. In addition to the “planting seeds” package, I perform all the necessary preliminary work prior to the IEP or 504 meetings for you and develop a strategic negotiations plan ready for your implementation. Upon the completion of this package, the bridges will be built between you and the school; all you do is walk across and attend the meetings as your child’s advocate; the groundwork is already handled. You are good to go!

“Building Bridges” includes:
• Meet and consult with teachers, staff, and related personnel at the school.

• Review School generated reports, report cards, and assessments.
• All the services provided in the “Planting Seeds” package: calls, emails, communication plus attend meetings through technology!

“The Whole Nine Yards” PackageThe most popular package

For the parent who wants the best educational plan for their child and knows they may be overwhelmed by the burden and time-commitment of self-advocacy; this is the most comprehensive advocacy service available with no compromises. When your child’s best interest is at stake, the decision to retain the services of a professional advocate is a matter of getting the job done right the first time. I will complete the job from start to finish without loose ends, empty promises, or fragmented plans.

“Whole Nine Yards”
includes:
• Attend IEP and/or 504 Meetings as your Education Advocate (4 meetings)
• Participate by working in partnership and collaboration with school district personnel, and the school’s IEP/504 Team.
• Support through all services provided in the “Building Bridges” package.

Due Process Hearing” Package:

Specifically designed for the parent who is faced with an unacceptable placement for their child within the IEP process. Also, for parents who are in disagreement with non-qualification within the 504 process. I will personally assist and guide you through Due Process toward resolution that works for you and your child. This all-inclusive package provides intensive support. I intend on creating resolution without having to go to a hearing through the Resolution Meeting process.

• Prepare documents for Due Processes: including research of related law, state codes, and district policies.
• Attend Due Process Hearing Sessions including: Resolution Meeting, and Fact Finding Sessions. [up to 6 hours]
• Follow up meeting with emails and notes highlighting process and related decisions; staff, parents, and other personnel as needed.

New Pastures” – School Search Package

This package is specifically designed for parents who are in pursuit of the best school, - with your child’s interests and needs guiding the process: Gifted, Special Education, Alternative, or On-line. As the search for local private and exemplary public schools becomes more competitive, with tighter entrance guidelines, I assist families in identifying “target schools” to maximize your admission strategies. My expertise is founded upon an insightful review of your child’s academic/medical records, and first-hand knowledge of area schools. When you are seeking “greener pastures”, it certainly helps investing in the consultation of an education expert; one who can discriminate between good schools & great schools!
